Well, its been eventful of late - the divorce came through, jobs have been and gone and come again, I bounced straight into another relationship straight from the divorce and now that's passed - so I figure its time to take stock and - to use that somewhat cliched phrase - find out who I really am before wreaking havoc on someone else's life.

I'm being somewhat harsh on myself I know, but I've been neglecting my art of late, and seeing as its got me through some hard times over the last few years it seems only right to bend my attentions back to it - to be playful and at the same time try to stretch myself a little, to take a bit more time and care with some pieces without over-working them.

It of course waits to be seen as to whether I can manage it or if this is just an enthusiastic flash in the pan.
